Pain Over Anger

Flora's feet froze, along with her heart, seeing that old woman in a wheelchair in front of her. Her half face was burnt, along with her both hands. She saw that woman trailing her light sapphire eyes at her. A gentle smile tugged on her face as she saw her.

Flora couldn't even understand what she should do or what she should not. All of this was leaving her with nothing but countless questions. Who were they? How did they know about her? Why was this woman in this heart wrenching condition? And most importantly who they were to him?

Flora felt him walking past her towards that old woman and then he kneeled down in front of her. He placed his palms on her lap. That was the first time she saw him kneeling in front of someone.
