DELSANRA
I could barely walk when we were done, and Rayhan was finding it incredibly amusing. The man was sexy and panty-wetting hot, but he was a tease. It had taken me at least an hour before I felt my legs were up to bearing my weight a little.
I hated that I couldn’t tell him about Raihana’s dreams, but I had promised her…
It was now time for dinner, we had showered and gotten dressed. I had opted for a sky-blue satin wrap dress with long cuffed balloon sleeves. I was about to put some tights on, but watching Rayhan’s eyes trail over my legs made me decide to simply put on some white heels instead. I pinned my hair back from the centre, making a small quiff like Raihana had shown me.
We were now seated around the dining table, which was made out of actual marble! I could see the flecks of gold in it; elegant, modern, yet very glamourous.
"The food is delicious." I said, eating some of the chicken. I was seated next to Rayhan, with Raihana
Thank you once again for reading! The next few chapters are going to be a mix of emotions. Trust the process XD
RAIHANA Our eyes met, but despite his racing heart, he didn’t speak. A frown on his face as he took in my words… "I got to go." He murmured before turning and hurrying down the stairs. I sighed, deciding to shower as I was covered in blood and dirt. Once I had showered, I looked in the mirror whilst towelling my hair, thinking over the voice in my head… Now thinking of it, in my dreams it was similar… Like it wasn’t me, but it was. That wasn’t just my powers going out of control, I used a spell in that state... My stomach twisted as I remembered Delsanra’s words over Endora’s link to me… My entire body felt cold at just the thought that maybe she was already influencing me without me even realising… I shook my head, sighing heavily. I quickly pulled on a pair of silk shorts and a cami before wrapping my matching rich teal coloured robe around myself and leaving my room. Padding down the hall back to where Chris was. I opened the door s
DELSANRA The following day, everything seemed to have changed. A deep sense of foreboding was twisting in my guts and I felt on edge. I could hear Maria's anguished cries and Papa Raf trying to calm her down. Although Rayhan couldn’t hear her through the walls, he knew something was wrong. I just told him his mom was upset. It hurt to hear the pain and anger she was feeling, yet at the same time, her pain seemed to outshine her anger. He had filled me in on the plans about us leaving. I was quickly packing, I think we all just needed a break from one another, especially with the Luna’s emotional state. While Rayhan had gone to handle some stuff, I quickly hurried to Raihana’s room. We needed to talk. "Come in." She said, I opened the door and stepped inside. I was instantly wrapped in a tight hug. "I'm so sorry, Del." "Don’t be." I said, smiling slightly. Looking around her room, I saw that it was a mess. She was packing, but unlike my one sui
RAYHAN I could never get enough of her… Fuck, even as she wiped her legs and put the torn panties in the small rubbish bag on the floor, just knowing she wasn’t wearing underwear was messing with my head. I had grabbed a shirt from the back seat since my little kitten had ripped mine apart. Damn, I loved it when she got naughty. We were almost at Marcel’s pack and the storm of emotions within me was still fucking growing. I knew it was going to be complex, but for that, I was ready to show people that no crime goes unpunished. Yet at the same time, everyone wanted me to make sure that I did not act like they were below us. It was a fine line, but those who were in the wrong would be punished, it had nothing to do with their status. They weren’t really rogues anymore, but the word had stuck, and the stigma around the Sangue Pack would remain for years to come. We reached the pack borders and there was a jeep waiting for us. My car was definitely not go
RAYHAN I hated to see her close in on herself, seeing that vulnerable side of her show through when she faced those wolves. She was strong, and sometimes the fact that she had suffered so much could be forgotten considering how she behaved… But seeing her like this reminded me that she had been to hell and back. I was not going to let them get off so easily. I didn’t miss how one of the guards had stepped forward, and once I sent Delsanra to safety, I was going to make sure Marcel questioned all his people. I didn’t want to have any getting away with it. As for those in the cells… I don’t think there were many who were going to make it out alive… If any. I also knew that I couldn’t leave her alone when she was like this, so I had already thought ahead… I had a feeling she may not want to see it happen, and I wasn’t going to let her out of my sight on this Pack’s ground. "Kitten, whilst I deal with those men, I’m going to send you with a close
DELSANRA Liam had taken me to a hotel suite and had told me to go sleep in the bedroom whilst he did some work in the living room area. At first I didn’t want to, but when I realised Rayhan wasn’t going to come anytime soon, I entered the bedroom, locking the door and tried to sleep. I tossed and turned but sleep was not coming to me. Sometimes I would be dropping off, only for my eyes to fly open and I would be fresh again. I picked up my phone, no message from him either… I sighed, staring at the ceiling. I couldn’t sleep, not without his arms around me. I didn’t even realise that I hadn’t actually spent a night without him… I sighed softly, staring at the ceiling, pondering over everything that had happened. Raihana hadn’t been given a grimoire, Rayhan had made her pass it to us before we left, simply because of the connection Endora had with her. The grimoires we had were mostly dark spells, but then again, it seemed Endora could relay any spell t
RAFAEL I managed to persuade Maria to come downstairs. I was about to take a huge risk, but I needed to do it in front of Maria so her father’s reaction was in front of her, I just hoped that he would live up to his usual beliefs. Things were already bad; I don’t think they could get worse anyway. "Maria." Amir said, frowning at the state of his daughter, shooting me a cold glare as he pulled her into his arms. She was wearing a gown over her night dress now, her scars hidden away once more. "Baba." She whispered, hugging her father tightly. "Care to share what happened?" He asked me coldly. "Let’s sit down." I said, allowing the father-daughter to sit side by side as I took my seat opposite them. Taking a deep breath, I told him that on her eighteenth birthday, Raihana’s witch side was revealed. How as the first-born female from Endora’s line, she was a full-fledged witch, and how Delsanra is the very same witch who gave us the correc
DELSANRA A demon. Those words rang in my head, I felt sick. Those things didn’t exist on this earth, did they? "Well, the little dark creature they had vulgar plans for, wasn’t exactly what they wanted. They wanted a male demon to breed with a witch. Sadly, they ended up with a female demon… Yet they weren’t going to drop their plans, so one of the sick members who found the demon rather appealing decided to engage with it." Janaina looked disgusted, but I felt worse. Was that what I was… A thing born from rape? I wanted to be sick. If my past had been crap before, it was worse now… I stayed rooted in my place, trying to calm my emotions as I listened to her. "How do you know if it was just a few who were in on it?" Raihana asked sharply. I could feel her anger as she stood up and walked closer to me but stopped next to Rayhan, whose emotions were a storm right now. I didn’t want to look at him... Not when he had an idea of what I was, yet he
DELSANRA Night had fallen, and the spell to initiate Raihana was in place. She was nervous as I walked over to her. "It’s going to be ok, look if it worked for me, it will work for you." I whispered. She nodded. Despite my truth, she didn’t treat me any differently, and if Hecate was able to expect a demon hybrid, she would surely accept a werewolf hybrid. Janaina began chanting the spell, and I gave Raihana a quick hug as she stepped into the triangle on the floor. The room seemed to still, the candles dimming. Suddenly, glowing symbols spun around Raihana, her hair flayed as if defying gravity and her eyes fluttered shut. A blinding light appeared around her and Rayhan had to shield his eyes but I kept my gaze ahead, my heart beating. The symbols seemed to sink into Raihana’s skin, and I smiled in relief as I felt the radiating aura that burned off her. She was a fire witch. A whispery voice fluttered past my ears, and I smil
