Chapter 5 - Within The Royal Halls
1913, Buckingham Palace,England
I woke up in a blurry state as my mind tried to absorb where I was. I felt a soft cushion on my back as I tried to move my body and adjust my eyes to the light but the more I tried to move, the more my body hurted.
“No. You shall not move yet.” A voice spoke from somewhere.
“W-who is that?” I asked, confused and scared.
“It is me. Princess Scarlette. You are in Buckingham palace, Miss Clara.”
I tried to open my eyes again when I heard the title “princess”. I could not stay in bed while the Princess. She is part of the royal family and that is something I must acknowledge.
