James’s driver had come to pick Laura up from the hotel and she was soon at the management company offices. Just like it had been previously, she walked into the building with all the confidence that came naturally to her.

She drew attention to herself the moment she walked into the building. With her short shorts and crop top and ridiculously high heels, the ladies at the reception desk looked at her with shining eyes.

“Mr. Lewis is expecting you,” one of the girls said as she walked out from behind the desk and led Laura to the elevators.

“What’s your name?” Laura asked the girl. It looked like she was the youngest one among her colleagues.

“Anna,” she said with a bashful smile. She worked with celebrities all day, but she had never felt the charisma that Laura had with any of the female celebrities at the company.
