“Yes, Yes, we do need to talk. Do come in.” He says as he opens the door wider for me to pass.

I stare at him as I pass by him, he does not look anything like the man that glared at me through his window. His facial muscles were relaxed now. Not a hint of anger on his pretty face.

“Would you like anything to drink? Tea? Water?”

“Beer.” I respond with the same level voice he was using.

He blinks up at me.

“For a second I thought you would have a say in what I’m drinking.”

He ignores the obvious dig at him.

“You sent Beatrice to talk to me?” I say not bothering with the sofa.

He on the other hand, sat down crossed legged on the sofa, watching me. I try not to get excited by his eyes on me, but it’s impossible.

“Yes, I did. You are in direct contact with Cecilia. It’s best to tell her so she does not have anything to do during the weekend.”
