Third Person's Pov.
"I'll raise your severance pay by 3 times, so for those who wants to quit, please raise your hands now."
The servants weren't able to open their mouths. Thus, they have the same look as if they didn't want to quit, or rather, they must not quit because it was the job that was given to them.
