Devan’s POV:

“As you can see, this is the financial cost for the construction of the new building. This already includes the budget salary for the constructors within the period of three months. The costs for the materials and appliances needed reached eight hundred and seventy-four million and of course, the salary for the engineers hired are not counted.”

Pinindot-pindot ko ang ballpen ng ilang beses habang nakapangalumbabang nakatingin sa graphics na pinipresenta sa harap. Apparently, the meeting is all about the construction of our new branch department. The place is located near the kindergarten school. I was conversing with an engineer that time when I met that kid- I mean, my ‘son’ who almost got hit by a truck.

“This is one of the exterior and interior designs presented by our hired architect. Now, as we are accommodating a new kind of environment, we are thinking that we should try these ones.”
