Dropping Bri off in front of the art room helped calm me a little bit. I was still angry that the human asshat thought he still had any right to touch her. But with her now in the art room, I knew she wouldn't be leaving there until lunch, and I could be outside the door waiting for her. She wouldn't have to walk to the lunch room alone. The days of her reserving a table for the football team were over.

Once I was sure Bri was good, I turned back down the hall, following Cody's scent. Luckily, it led me right into the boy's locker room. Unfortunately for me, he wasn't the only football player in the room. He would have six guys to back him up. While even though there were just as many wolves in the locker room, the chances of them stepping up and having my back were slim. They were all pack wolves while I was a rogue. Odds I was willing to take. Humans fought dirty, though, so I was still prepared to get my ass kicked. But first, I planned on getting my point across to Cody. H
