Chapter 50
Linda drove straight and steady down to Oliver's house while he fell asleep in the back seat.
She parked the car and alighted trying to wake him up when she noticed his phone was ringing.
She took it out of his pocket and stared at the screen.
"Erica..." she muttered rolling her eyes in disgust.
She switched the phone off and fixed it back into his pocket while she helped him out of the car.
"Wake up Oliver, you're home..." she kept saying.
Erica had her son on her bed, she had been trying to make him sleep for hours and finally he did.
"Why is Oliver not picking my calls?" She asked looking confused.
She tried to call him again but his phone was switched off.
Erica wasn't comfortable with that.
She gently carried her son to his room and laid him on his bed.
Erica walked over to the living room, her father was still watching television.
"Are you okay Erica?" He asked on seeing the look on her face.
