I got in at the private airstrip at 11, pretty much on the dot. At that point, I already knew that Dad and Pop were busy with their knew matebond. Summer, Jared, and Rowen had been oddly out of the mindlink ever since our FaceTime call earlier. If it’s what I think it is, I’m very happy for my best friend and my twin, but I DO NOT want to hear about it . I don’t want to know anything about my brother’s sex life. Blech.

Fati and JoJo had offered to wait for me and hang out, but I was exhausted from getting so little sleep the night before with Esteban that I told them that I was just going to head straight to bed. JoJo was kind of excited to hear that, since Alexander and Jacob had invited them to a new movie, dinner, and dancing. I think that she might have a crush on one of the boys, but she’s been very tight lipped about it.
