Alton's POV

Solana looks traumatized.

The police are asking her questions but she remained quiet.

She is looking at the wall blankly without any emotion at all.

I held her hand and gently caressed it.

"Solana," I called her name but it seems like she cannot hear me.

"Solana?" I called her once again and this time she looked at me completely confused.

"What?" she asked with her eyes filled with fear.

I smiled at her and then looked at the police officer.

"I'm sorry I don't think she can give a statement today, we will just send our family lawyer to handle this case," I said.

The police officer let out a deep breath and then nod his head.

"Okay, Sir we understand," one police officer responded and after that, we leave the place.

During the whole time, Solana keeps on spacing out.

Before pulling my car off the parking lot I looked at her.

"Do you want to go home?" I asked.

Solana looked at me and then shook her head.

"I want to stay at my condo unit," she said so I nod my head.
