CHAPTER 23

Kyle and Ethan walked into the stage as their numbers were called.

They took on their fighting stance.

"Begin." Lucy ordered and they both began casting spells. Ethan casted a powerful water spell and Kyle countered using air to split the water in two's.

"That's a nice move." Audrey said

"I don't see anything good about it." Adrian criticized

"You're not a mage so keep your mouth shut and if I praise you accept my compliments." Audrey said

"Loud and clear ma'am." Adrian said

"Much better." Audrey said with a smile

Kyle and Ethan kept exchanging spells. The audience were applauding because both of them were using classy moves.

Kyle finally conjured a powerful air spell which Ethan wasn't expecting. Making him fall to the ground

"Winner number 1." Mrs Lucy said

Everyone applauded and Ethan accepted his defeat.

"I guess Kyle practiced a lot." Audrey said

"Yeah I barely see him in our room. Save midnight." Adrian said
