Witnesses say that growling could be heard within the bar, but it wasn't considered unusual given the club's nature. One man was taken to Memorial hospital, and we understand that he later died from his injuries. There were no other known survivors. We can now reveal the deceased man was the club president William 'Wild Bill" Carter, aged 57. He is survived by one daughter that we have been unable to interview.
