I would never find myself in a position where I believed myself to be right without having reason to believe so, and it was for that very reason that I could do nothing more than to stare at Elijah and think him to be an idiot. I could not believe that he was acting in this manner, that he was going to try and hold the fact that I had been late against me. I did not entirely know what I was going to do in terms of managing this situation, but I was not going to allow it to get to me. Not even in the slightest. I refused. If Elijah was so determined to fight with me, then he was going to be in for a big surprise, because he was just going to be fighting with himself.

"I'm the one who decides what your gradings will be, Samantha. Not your lecturers, and certainly not anyone else. The decision is mine, and at the rate that you're going, I find you not worthy of doing something important."
