Aria POV

Fidgeting my cold hands. Going to and fro in a mini distance under the tree. Tapping my foot restlessly as I thought of many ways on how to get Daisie out here without Grey seeing me.

Oh, goodness what should I do? I bit a wee softly on my lips, thinking. I threw my head forward out of the tree’s shade, looking straight at the Alpha’s house if by chance Daisie would come out.

I thought of Charles and I frowned maybe to him or maybe myself. Shit, he is so annoying. Couldn’t he just say he would help me? Couldn’t he persist to come along. Dammit!

But you said you don’t need him , not one bit. I heard from my conscience. Yes, I know I said so but he could have just insisted to help me out on this one, and I would have agreed!
