94: Taking the initiative
Kelvin was too stiff beside her. Leila had ignored all the looks he threw her way while they waited in front of the elevator but he was making this hard. Sadly, none of her colleagues were in sight as she pecked him. Kelvin’s mouth dropped open, he blushed to his roots and she sashayed inside the elevator when it slid open.
“Are you coming?” she asked.
He blinked out of his daze. “Sure.”
Leila kept the elevator open for him, they were silent through the ride up and she gave him a peck before heading in the opposite direction to her office. She stopped him before he reached the door of his office.
“Kev?” Kelvin turned to her with a smile, she shuffled over to him and kissed him properly. “I wanted to do this.”
“Good thing you did.”
