Thirty | The Plan I Hate

"I don't want to hurt you..", she whispered as tears flowed down her eyes.

"Then why did you?", I asked softly.

"Because I was compelled to. I want to get rid of all this! I don't want to go through this!", She said nearly shouting.

"Yes. That I understand. Now tell me why.", I said patiently.

"Anirudh and Rosaline were together in this. Rosaline pushed me that day and Anirudh did save. He also manipulated me against you and I too believed him until one day I heard him speak over the phone to Rosaline...", Her voice trailed off as she fainted in my arms.

Nevertheless I held her up in my arms and laid her on the bed. Then very reluctantly I moved away and went into my bedroom to sleep. I kept thinking of what I had heard. So now Anirudh was even getting on to murdering her. I had to think something.

Next morning I was woken when a whole glass of water was splashed onto my face.
