“Love, I’m sorry.”

“Stop it, man, back off or I might kick you.” Did he think he could get away with that? No way, he’s been gone for days and now he’s back acting like he just left yesterday?

“Sorry, love. Let’s make up, you didn’t even hug me when I arrived, to welcome me, it’s like you didn’t even miss me, that’s hurtful.” Can you believe this guy? He’s the one who disappeared for days and now he’s the one complaining?

“You’ve got some nerve!” I shouted and slapped him, thinking he’d get angry, but the fool just laughed. “Wow! So this doesn’t hurt, huh?” I should be annoyed, but I couldn’t help but laugh along with him. I stopped abruptly because I suddenly remembered something I wanted to ask him when we see each other again. “Wait a minute.”

He moved away from me a bit, but his hand was still on my waist. “What’s that?”

“Let go.” I said as I removed his hand from my waist, but he just put it back, so I let it be. “What are we really? We’ve confessed our feelings, even kissed
