Queen Dowager chamber (The crown Queen)

The Queen sip from the herbal tea and slowly drop the ceramic tea cup on the table in front of her. She raised her face to look at the prince who was also sitting in front of her.

"Did you have a good time with lady Eda?" she asked with an invisible smile on her face.

"Yes mother, she is fun to be with and she is nice too," Aeon replied. The Queen smiled.

"That's good to hear, well she is interesting. But I guess you know me by now. There must be a reason behind me asking you to take Lady Eda for a walk around the palace."

"Of Course mother, you want me to know her better," he replied and the Queen smiled a little.

"Your replies actually show that I've not wasted my time raising you," the Queen cut in.

Aeon already knew the Queen's motive, so the Queen raised him. She was the one that gave birth to him. But unknown to him, the Queen is not his real mother. His real mother is Abigail.
