Chapter Fifteen

“Why did you lock the door?" Amira asked, trying to be bold. Her heart is already pounding against her chest. She wonders what this guy is planning to do to her.

Mark smirks and moves towards Amira who moves back but unfortunately, her back hits the wall beside the door.

He leaned close to her ear and said, “I locked the door because I don't want you to escape. Tonight… you are mine." He dragged the syllables of his last sentence. He purposely wasted time before coming back to the room because he was looking for something to add to the drink that he wants Amira to drink. Luckily he found one. It will make her unconscious, while he takes advantage of her.

“And now, you must take this drink or I will force it down your throat."

Amira gulped down in fear. Why is he forcing her to take the drink? Could it be that he added something to it? That's more reason she will not take the drink. She wonders what his plans are. Maybe he wants to take advantage of her.
