Chapter Thirty Three

Amira stares at Ryan who didn't actually feel the way Amira is feeling. She's acting as if they are caught doing the worst crime in the world. He pressed the button and the car window swung down. Nancy is smiling lovingly at them, her bright face shows that she didn't see them kissing.

Amira was being paranoid for nothing. Yeah, the car window is tinted, but once a person leans closer like Nancy did when she was knocking on the window, they will at least get a glimpse of the people inside the car. That was why she was paranoid.

Amira released the breath she was holding. She felt relieved. Even if Nancy is going to find out about her and Ryan, it shouldn't be like this.

“I called you Ryan, but you didn't pick up. I was calling to know if you will come pick me up for school," Nancy said.

“I'm sorry, I didn't see your call," Ryan lied. He actually saw it, but he wants to be in the car with Amira only.

“I'm sure that's the reason, because you wouldn't ignore my call if you had seen it."
