Chapter 99

The doctor and the nurses got in to check on the run over woman while Mason and I waited outside. My head was throbbing and I was feeling so unsettled. I still couldn't wrap my head around the fact that I had a lookalike. It was crazy and unbelievable. She looked a lot like me. I would even go as far as to say that we were twins but that wasn't possible as I don't remember having a twin. Am an only child.

“Are you okay wifey?” Mason sat beside me with worry and I smiled with a nod. “We should go back to the hotel and let the police handle that....woman,” Mason suggested.
