The dark cold cell holding Kiona suddenly grew colder as Darryl's footsteps echoed loudly in the dungeon. He could have just swift himself to the kiona's cell using his ability but he decided to walk instead to rile up her anxiety. The effect of Hawthorne activated in response to his close complicity.
