The moment Adam said that, Amelia froze on the spot. She stared at Adam as if he was some kind of death omen.

Adam, though, continued without any explanation.

He said, “The story went back to 12 years ago, when an extremely brutal tragedy fell upon the forest where the little wolf lived. All the other wolves in that forest were killed in that disaster, except for our little hero. He managed to escape and survive like those badass male leads in legends, and then he was adopted by a kind-hearted Alpha who had a very, very beautiful daughter. Her name was Amy.”
