"What are you doing here?" Suddenly I heard Vdius asking from behind, making me jerk up because of his sudden call since I was not expecting him at all!

"God! You scared me! Are you a ghost or what?" I couldn't help but snap at him. I was so lost in my conversation with Kris that I didn't even notice when Vdius walked inside the balcony.

He kept staring at me blankly as he said, "If you are a scared cat, is that my fault? I just went to the washroom and noticed that you weren't in the room. I thought maybe again someone from the grave tried to attack on you, so I came to check."

I could just glare at him. Yes, I got tons of enemies, and he's making fun of that.

"Now when You're safe, I shall return to my bed." Saying it, he yawned and left.
