Aurora was happy that finally, she found him, and seeing him in the broken state broke her heart, but at last, he stood up and started walking towards Bella, who was sobbing in her place.

Aurora was also looking at Bella when suddenly her eyes caught a man standing behind a tree with a gun, and it was not an ordinary gun but a silver one which is used in killing the werewolves.

Aurora's mind was blank as it was pointed towards Vdius, and she panicked as he shot. Without thinking for a second, she screamed, "Vdius, move!"

And the bullet was about to go through Vdius's heart when Aurora came in between, and a painful cry left her mouth when she felt the knife enter her flesh, making her entire body go numb because it was a silver bullet, the weapon to kill a werewolf!

While Vdius's eyes went wide in shock as he felt Aurora's body leaning against his, and his hands were full of her blood.
