Chapter 23

Frederick woke up early the following day and went to the villa's garden. He slowly shut his eyes and breathed in the fresh morning air.

As he inhaled and exhaled, the leaves around him seemed to sway in rhythm with his breathing. It was as if they'd become one!

Suddenly, Frederick opened his eyes. Light flashed in them. He let out a roar as loud as a lion's. Then, he tightened his core and swung a punch, emitting a loud crack. With every punch that he swung, he seemed to exude boundless power.

After completing a series of punches, Frederick exhaled deeply. He hadn't practiced his martial arts like this since getting married.

He went back inside and took his shirt off to wipe his sweat. Just then, his stomach rumbled. He went to the kitchen and made himself some instant mac and cheese.
