Chapter 81: A Deal With The Devil

Braelyn shrugged casually. "It's fine. As long as you settle yourself before my mini-parents come back." She replied with a smile.

Cedric's eyes lit up happily. "That's no problem. I'll leave before they return." Suddenly, his expression changed to a pitiful one. "Wife, can I get dinner also? I'm not in the palace and I don't know how to cook any meals. In fact, there's nothing I'll eat if you don't give me food." He says to her.

Immediately, Braelyn kicked him. "What a nonsense lie. There are restaurants all over the city." She replied.

"How can I eat restaurant food when my wife can cook well? No matter how delicious a chef cooks, it can't be as delicious as my wife." He replied and winked at her with a seductive gaze.

Braelyn's face flushed but all in all. She smiled deeply, feeling joyful by his sweet tongue. However, she pretended to be a bit unhappy and scrunched her face.

"Okay, dear wife. I'll do it according to your plan. Don't be annoyed."
