Antheia’s POV
I ate dinner alone since when I was done talking to the Beta and entered the pack house, I could not find Alpha Raven anymore, so I have decided to maybe wait for him tonight. I lay down on his bed and curled myself into a ball. I suddenly miss him, though I was just with him hours ago.
I stirred and opened my eyes when I felt the side of the bed dipped. I am not sure how and when I fell asleep but with the sudden movement beside me, I woke up and turned to him.
He pulled the duvet to his waist and turned his back on me, refusing to face me. Is he mad? I mean, obviously he is.
I sat up and tapped his shoulder. We can’t just sleep with something wrong between us. I want to clear the misunderstanding.
“Raven?” He did not respond, but I know that he is awake.
“Hear me out, please?” I pleaded and continued to talk.
