CH:29 Her Husband

Damien was standing under the water shocked, Leila was gone but his eyes were stuck on the closed door.

'He is getting engaged to Kristy? What is she saying? It can not be true! But, why will she lie to him?' The water still running over his head. He turned off the shower, the remaining drops of water sprinting down his body. He came out of the shower wrapping a towel around his waist.

'How the hell did it happen? No one has told him about all of this? Is he a fool to not notice anything happening around him? AND how can his parents decide anything like that without informing him?' A thousand questions were running in his head.

Damien came into his room, he walk towards his bed. He stopped near it, then his eyes fall upon the clothes neatly placed on his bed. His wallet, keys, handkerchief and his tie along with his socks were placed on the bed. He saw his shoes polished.

Leila do all this for him without asking, he just asked her once to give all his duties.
