Chapter 18

Darin's POV

My eyes open to the bright light in my room. Damn, I forgot to switch off the lights last night. Slowly opening my eyes, I adjust to the light and look at the time to find it is eight in the morning already. Good thing that today is sunday! But I still need to wake up though. Ara is here after all. With that thought, I get up. Going into the bathroom, I take a quick shower, put on a grey tee with off-white bermuda shorts. Lastly, wearing my usual deodorant, I get out of my room.

Now standing infront of her room, I contemplate on if I should knock or not. But before I could do a thing, the door opens and reveals Arabella standing infront of me wearing a mint green sundress with white spots. She looks cute, as always.

Clearing my throat, I smile at her, hoping she did not notice me checking her out. "Hey, good morning!"

"Good morning!" She replies but does not look at me. What is wrong?

"Ara? Are you hungry?" She looks up at me finally and that is when I notice the sligh
