Stevee’s POV

I grab the phone, fully awake now and talk to my twin.

“Hey, yell at him again and you will need stitches,” I tell Steven.

“What, is he going to claw me?” Steven asks. “Dad told me Judge is dead along with about 200 of a Chinatown gang. Where were you and are you hurt?”

“A safe room and no,” I answer.

“Stevee, werewolves? Dad Nate came up here and turned into one in front of me. Dad Matt too. What in the hell are you doing there?”

“We are mates, this is where I’m supposed to me,” I tell him.

“FUCK THAT SHIT!” He yells. “I need you right now. I’m your twin and I should always come before some dumbass.”

Victor looks at me with raised eyebrows and a smirk.

“Okay, let's back up. First of all, Victor is not a dumbass, he is my mate, the love of my life, I’m the most important person to him in existence,” I say as Victor kisses my head. “Secondly, I have come second to Teresa for YEARS! Where was this call for loyality when I needed you?”

“Okay fair, but this is serious, Teresa
