Chapter 17

(The next day-Christina)

"Good morning, people," I greeted everyone with a big smile and they all greeted me back happily.

I flashed another sweet smile to them before entering my small office. I had a deep slumber so I was well rested. I woke up on the right side of the bed. It helped that Trevor didn't call me again and he would be away for two days more. I wanted to enjoy every moment he would be gone.

I just finished talking to one of our suppliers on the phone when Irma knocked three times before coming in.

"Ma'am, you have a clear schedule today. The meeting with Mr. Tolentino and Mr. Aguirre will be next week ."

I frowned. "But I thought those will be in the afternoon today."

"Mr. Samaniego said that he will meet them instead of you but you can go ahead and talk to Mrs. Hernandez but that is tomorrow at 9:30."

I balled my hands which were on the table. It seemed that he didn't want me talking to our male clients.

"Okay thanks for the information, Irma." I nodded at the secretar
