Schuyler's P. O. V.

"What?" I turned my back on Ezekiel. "I said it already."

I didn't hear him say anything else, but I can still feel Ezekiel's eyes on me and stabbing me from my back. I sighed before I turned around to face him again.

"Ezekiel, I never signed up to be the 'Lycan Queen', just because you are their King and we're married." I pointed at the door. "I don't even know how to treat them!"

"You can treat them normally, Schuyler." He raised his brow on me. "They're don't have much difference with humans—"

"Oh, of course, you all are different from us!" I quickly cut her off. "Ezekiel, you… You transform or shift—Whatever you call the process is, you can be a Lycan anytime you want. And I'm merely a human! Do you really think that all the Lycans out there are going to respect and accept me as their Queen?" I shake my head at him. "No, they won't.."

"What made you think so?" Ezekiel asked in a calm voice.

"Oh, please!" I washed my hands in my face. "Ezekiel, it's too obvious.
