Brothers Fight

Even the maids lingering around effortlessly sensed the deadliness of his rage, and as sane as any could be, they cleared from his path.

The instant the tires of his car halted, Lloyd alighted from it angrily. While he barged madly in, Maria was helped out of the car by the chauffeur.

“Leave.” Coldly, she ordered the chauffeur who tried to wheel her in.

The aged man nearly cried out in deep appreciation: Lloyd could randomly vent on anyone and it sure as hell wouldn't end well.

Slowly, Maria began wheeling herself into the penthouse and from the living room, her ears heard sounds of glass shattering.

Those brown eyes of hers darted at the staircase that led to his bedroom, but it was brief.

“I need a drink.” She mumbled almost inaudibly, yet a maid nearby heard her. Sharply, her order was fulfilled and this time, she ordered one to take her to the swimming pool.
