I went downstairs and into the car, locking the door behind me as I was the only one who wasn't in the car yet, Entering the backseat because Jane already occupied the one beside Ava, my eyes widened when I saw Mia sitting directly next to me.

"Ava did it! How the hell was she able to drag you out." I asked, surprise in my tone and I looked from Ava who was already trying to reverse out of the drive way and was also grinning to Mia who gave a soft smile.

"Eazy peazy." Ava responded. "Just told her your kids would be there and she would love their company."

"And I really like kids, It's better than staying here and acting like a sick grandma." Mia added with a shrug.

"Do you think they would like us?" Jane asked, running her fingers through her hair nervously. "I heard children that grew in the human world are mostly selective of who they like."

"I mean, they liked Louis... And he is an absolute Dick head." I chuck
