"There is nothing to clarify. The words typed in this paper explain everything, every single detail!" he snapped pointing the document at me.

"I wouldn't deny the fact that I had been of interest in this but I swear it's not because of it that I had repudiated your approach to me" I defended myself, my heart pounding at an instantaneous speed.

"Your lies make me sick" he respires in weariness "We are here for Father's birthday aren't we? And lately, you persuaded me to bring Kendall as my partner to my parents. It means that it's because of this." he stares at the paper in disgust.

"If you had asked me for this, I would have granted your request without thinking twice. You made me have a sleepless night with the thought that I was reaping the fruit I had sowed. That it's the feedback of the things I had done to you then. " he pauses and scanned at me unbelievably.

"Days and nights, I mulled over how to make you realize how much I loved you. How I need you. I was
