Allie's POV

There was an unusual awkward muteness after Aaron left. I exhaustively supervised Mrs Smith as she tries to use body language to denote a message to her husband whose mind comes off to be in his own realm.

"Congratulations, Allie," Mr Smith said profoundly. He consciously inflates his eyes to meet mine with a soft smile.

"To be honest, I had invariably hoped you would admit things like this to us. It kinda elaborates how habitable you are around us." he divulged, gaping at me passionately.

His words warmth my heart, but his expression earlier was far unpredictable for this to be his trepidation. I skimmed at him intensely, he definitely has a hidden reason.
