Ch 78: Bitter Memories

“What the he*k is she doing here?”

Tara blurted out in shock.

Her husband informed her earlier on that he was coming to discuss something important with her, and she had been anticipating his arrival since then.

She didn’t know why, but she always felt elated to have her husband around at her workplace.

She had the chefs prepare a spread of his favourite meals, thinking she was going to have a romantic moment with her husband, only for him to give her the shock of her life.

Ever since her husband forgave her for hiding the issue about her inability to bear more children, she sought to get him involved in everything that concerned her.

She chose to share everything that needed to be told, without hiding anything from him. However, making him happy didn’t involve remaining silent when he randomly returned home with his superstar ex who happened to be his baby mama.

“What is she doing here, Chris?”

Tara was scared, and she had every reason to protect what was hers. She wen
