Unexpectedly, Leonard shot her a warm smile.

"It matters not how strait the gate, how charged with punishments the scroll. I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soul. I thought it was just beginner's luck when you defeated Kayla twice, but now I see just where your capability lies.

"You are truly a masterful chef, Lana. I apologize on behalf of Kayla for what she did to you before. I acknowledge my faults in not teaching her better and have reprimanded her appropriately. I hope you can forgive her."
