Alicia and Sally were now seated in the Car at the parking lot of the mental hospital where Martha Martinez was , earlier Alicia had gone to talk to the people in charge and let them know she'd want to talk with Martha Martinez and they told her to sit because she was currently in a session .

Thirty minutes later , a guard knocked at her window “ Ma'm I was told to call you the person you're here to see is ready to talk to you ”.The huge middle aged man said , “ Thank I'll be right there in a minute”.

The man nodded and left, Alicia had already been briefed that she couldn't carry anything at all into the hospital, not even her cellphone. She took off her earrings and jewelry . Sally said, “ Are you sure you don't want me to come with you ?”.
