Anna pov

I'm sitting in the panic room with Lorenzo, and he looks worried as he paces. I look at him and feel tears fill my eyes. I feel I am to blame.

"Lorenzo," he looks at me and walks over. I am about to lose it as he strokes my face gently. I feel fear and guilt.

"My love," he cradles me close as I sniffle.

"I'm sorry she took dad," I sniffle more, the guilt flooding my body. We sit snuggling before the door opens, and Luca walks in. They left when I was asleep, but I woke an hour later, worried for him.

"We are getting dad tonight. He starts pulling out all black clothes, and I will bring dad home. He will be fine, my love, "he kisses me, and I sniffle more. She could take him, and I could lose my mate tonight.

"Luca," he stops me from talking.

"Anna, I have no choice, He looks worried, Dad could be dying as we speak. Fuck he could be hurt or worse yet she could be torturing him",I nod at a loss for words.
