"How have you been?" My mother asked, worriedly.

I lean on the headboard. I saw Carline that is combing her hair and Astrielle that looks so sleepy.

Did they all not sleep since dawn?

I cleared my throat, "I am fine. Thank you so much, Mom. Why are you hear? Aren't you supposed to be at the hospital?" I bombarded my mother with questions,

"Look, I am alive and Wynzie is so healthy!" I exclaimed later on just to convince her enough.

"You can a convulsion earlier Wynzlette, and now you're telling that nothing is serious? You almost killed me by being worried," Mother said in her calm tone.

I held her hand and kissed it. Did I got a high fever earlier? I thought it's just a dream.

"Mom, your patients are waiting for you and nurse Jediah doesn't like being left alone at somebody's operating room."
