Twenty five

Allison's POV

"Luna, you should get some rest." Margaret, one of the older pack members advised as she held my hand.

"Thank you Margaret, but I promise I am okay." Smiling at her, I left to go check on the recent new mother whose child hadn't stopped crying.

"Hi," I squatted as I took the little girl from her almost crying mom. "Go get some rest, I have got this." The lady whose name I am unsure of shed a tear as she gave her thanks.

One of the benefits of being a Luna, is the ability to connect with all pack kids in a way that cannot be explained. With the little girl in my arms, I moved around to ascertain every one was okay and not panicking.

Having their mates, sons, and to some daughters out there fighting to protect our home, and pack, worrying and panicking over their safety is imminent.

"Luna, the public landline is ringing." Jesse, the Gamma female informed me.

"They might just be curious over the blockages mounted. Talk to them please." I responded to her as I went on to
