A day in her company

Slowly opening her eyes Danté couldn't help look at them both individually, having two eye colours really did distract one's own eyes from making proper contact with them.

Her smile appeared as her arms came around his neck, Danté didn't move, he was fascinated, her hands felt soft, the skin on her arms as the slid over his shoulders felt soft, she felt, normal.

Her head came up and from his vision he only saw her frisky short cut hair, her breath now in his neck, what was this!? 

Then that sharp pain in his neck made him fly up from the couch slapping at it.

He breathed heavily, it was a dream! But two sided one a nightmare, why did she haunt him? Was it that vision of her face clear in his cross hairs?
