God Kings: II

“Do we not deserve seats, Celestial Emperor?” Ra asked as he tossed a few grapes into his mouth.

“You have seats,” Atlas replied as he looked down upon the God Kings seated across his throne.

Apart from him and the God Kings, there was no one else. There was not a servant in sight nor guard around. Clearly, Atlas was aware of how useless that would be around these men.

“You have placed us lower than you,” Sango said with a scowl.

“You want me to give you my throne in my home? You, who is merely a representative of Ogun? Do not forget your place Sango.” Atlas replied with a straight expression.

His words caused Sango to dive into rage. His aura grew rapidly as he stood; however, before he could do something stupid, Brahman who was seating next to him placed his hand on his shoulder and pushed him back into his seat. The God King of the 4th Heaven pushed down so strongly that Sango’s aura was deflated like a popped balloon. With cold eyes he stared at Sango and said,
