Denying Jealousy

I cursed inwardly, knowing I'd have nobchoice but to listen to Collin. I silently apologized to Solene as I made my way over to their table. Georgia's gaze followed me the whole way and I gave her a sharp look, hoping she knew what Solene had told me.

As I walked up to the table, both Georgia's and Solene's eyes grew wide. "Hello everyone, my name is Wilson and I'll be your server tonight," I greeted them, keeping my eyes trained on Solene.

Georgia was sitting on the outside of the bench, closer to me. I could feel her stare on me. "Could I start you off with a drink?"

"Water all around," Solene said immediately.

"Can I actually have a lemonade?" a quiet voice spoke up and I switched my gaze to the guy sitting opposite. A bad decision.

He was handsome. And not in the Cosmo magazine cover way. In the natural, born-with-it-way. It took me an hour and a crap ton of make-up to look that good. This guy didn't look like he was wearing any. Long eyelashes, clear bronze skiin, shiny hair. I
