Chapter 61 - David

My grip on the steering wheel tightens as my mind goes back to Alex’s phone and his social media.  How dare they do this and tag him on it, too.  They are crazy.  This has nothing to do with him. 

They conveniently left me off even though the post is about me. 

As my blood continues to boil, Alex reaches over and gently caresses my thigh.  “Hey.  Stop thinking about this.  I don’t like it either, but there isn’t a lot that I can do about it right now.”

I raise an eyebrow and grunt.  “I find that hard to believe.  However, these idiots are targeting me and the engineering department.  I will not stand for it.  Those accusations put not only me in a poor light, but the entire engineering department too.”

A low growl fills the car as my knuckles almost turn white while I tighten my grip again around the steering wheel.
