A MESS TO CLEAN

When I got home last night, I did not even want to talk to my mother. I went straight to my bedroom and locked myself in there. I never knew that I would hurt so much, I mean, it is true when they say you never know what you have until it is gone, and I feel it. Do not get me wrong, I always knew what I had with Paula, but she was worth more than anything, and losing her is like losing my own life.

But I learned that she does not deserve me. I kept so many things away from her that I wished she would have given me a chance last night to tell her everything so that she won’t have to hurt again anymore. I just want her to move on from all the pain I have caused her, but I am yet to break her heart again.

Sigh.

I grab my phone from the pedestal and make my first call of the day. I have so much going on and I wish I had the power to resolve them all at once.
