Chapter 26: Lovely Family

"I desire you." Kyle's admission was crystal clear to her and his actions; bringing her to their familial home, spoke more than his words. 

Sure enough, Gabrielle's heart was racing, especially since Kyle had practically confessed against her ear. More than just the declaration; his hot breath and manly scent were enough to make her uneasy. 

With face flushed, she turned to Kyle, and he caressed her cheeks, proposing, "Let's eat now, Gaby."

While starting with their dinner, Gabrielle occasionally answered questions from the Wrights, especially from Ethan and Daniel Wright. Kaleb Wright was a mere observer, but frequently complimented her at her responses. 

For the most part, they covered her studies and her future career.

At first, Gabrielle was reluctant to admit that she wanted to be a model and an actress. She worried that the great Ethan Wright would look down on those in the entertainment industry.
